       The thick film STK3048 pushes the STK6153 power amplifier circuit as a golden plaything in the 1990s. Its sound is slender and transparent, with a strong low frequency, a medium sound with a unique taste of thick film, small distortion, and a large dynamic range. It was very popular among enthusiasts and enthusiasts at that time.

STK3048 is a pre-stage voltage amplification integrated circuit; STK6153 is a post-stage current amplification integrated circuit. STK3048 is a two-channel single-column thick film package with two stages inside. The input stage is a differential amplifier with protection. The resistor-capacitor series phase compensation network of the collector prevents the input stage from transient distortion due to burst signals. A set of mirror current sources is connected between the two collectors. The main voltage amplifier stage is a common-base and common-emitter circuit, and the upper tube amplifies the signal wideband and provides impedance matching for the direct coupling between the input and output stages; the lower tube linearly outputs the amplified current of the upper tube to reduce the open-loop distortion of the stage and provide a larger excitation power to the subsequent stage. The two-stage amplifiers are supplemented by a constant current source as a load, which has strong power supply ripple suppression.

STK6153 is a foot mono single-row thick film package, which integrates constant voltage source bias, unadvanced propulsion and unadvanced composite current amplification circuits. It adopts a fully complementary symmetrical structure, with excellent characteristics such as high speed, high precision, high power, and low noise. Due to the built-in bias of the constant voltage source, the unadvanced high-power transistor is always in the best working state and has excellent temperature compensation. The complementary output of the thick film block is designed as an inverted Darlington composite circuit, which is output in the form of an open collector circuit, which can reduce the output impedance.
