Refund policy
1. Please check the package is intact and if the product is damaged when you receive it. If possible, please take photos and send them to us, and we will handle it promptly for you, including but not limited to a refund or reshipping the product to you.
2. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
3. After you hand the package over to the return carrier, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks, although in many cases, you will receive it sooner. This period includes the shipping time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time for us to process the return after receiving it (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
4. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order through the “Completed Orders” link under the “My Account” menu, and then click the “Return” button. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you of the refund via email.
